advised that following the purchase of 1,702,226 Ordinary Shares on 29th June
2005, INVESCO PERPETUAL UK ICVC Series (UK ICVC) is the beneficial owner of
5,852,226 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 11.31%.  The
shares are registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees Limited.
