The Directors of the Company have today declared a Dividend of 2p per Income
Share and 1.5p per Ordinary Share.  Shareholders who were entitled to Ordinary
shares from 17 December 2004 will have their Dividend amount adjusted
accordingly.



The Dividend is payable to Investors of records on 29 March 2005, has an XD Date
of 23 March 2005 and will be paid on 21 April 2005
