Wolf Minerals Limited (AIM: WLFE), has today issued to a person closely associated with Mr Nick Clarke, Non-Executive Director, 96,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in lieu of fees at a rate of A$ 0.0625 per Ordinary Share under the Wolf Minerals Limited Directors' Share Plan as approved by shareholders on 28 November 2017.
