Holding in Company

Westhouse Holdings plc (LSE:WHL), the corporate and institutional broking group, was notified on 19 October 2012 that on 18 October 2012, Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited, a significant shareholder in the Company, transferred its entire holding of ordinary shares in the Company to its parent company, Bermuda National Limited.

Bermuda National Limited is a financial services investment holding company whose largest asset is its 100% owned subsidiary, Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited, one of Bermuda's four licensed banks which is focused purely on corporate and private wealth.

Following this transaction, the total number of shares in the Company held by Bermuda National Limited is 15,235,277, representing 46.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
