Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM:WHL), the corporate and institutional broking group, announces the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") by a director of the Company:

Christopher Getley, an executive director of the Company, on 6, 7 and 12 September 2012 purchased a total of 45,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 15.44 pence per share. Following these transactions, Mr Getley has an interest in 570,904 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.73% of the Company's issued share capital.
