Board changes


At today's annual meeting Speymill Group plc (formerly The Wigmore Group plc)
announced that Anthony Baillieu, owing to personal commitments, has decided not
to stand for re-election to the board. He is keen however to assist the company
in its plans to develop a property fund management business, Speymill Property
Managers Limited, where his services will be retained as a consultant.

Howard Flight has agreed to take his place on the board as a non-executive
director and will become chairman of the property management business.

Howard Flight was Conservative Member of Parliament for Arundel and South Downs
from 1997 to 2005. His political appointments included shadow chief secretary to
the Treasury and deputy chairman of the Conservative party.

In business he was co-founder and managing director of Guinness Flight, formed
in 1986 and in 1998 upon its acquisition became joint chairman of Investec Asset
Management.

Howard Flight is a director of Investec Asset Management and of Panmure Gordon.
