("Sanderson Design Group", the "Company" or the "Group")
Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM
Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior
design and furnishings group, announces that its Annual Report
& Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2021 and Notice of
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are now available at the Company's
investor website https://sandersondesign.group/investors/ . Printed
copies of the documents, where requested, are being posted to
shareholders today.
The AGM will be held on 20 July 2021 at 9.00am at the Company's
head office in Denham, Buckinghamshire.
Owing to Covid-19, and the ongoing uncertainty around the
restrictions on public gatherings, the AGM will be a closed
meeting, which shareholders will be unable to attend. The Board
encourages shareholders to vote by proxy, further details of which
are given in the Notice of AGM. The results of proxy voting will be
posted on the Company's website as soon as possible after the
meeting.
Shareholders with questions on any of the AGM resolutions should
email their questions ahead of the AGM to
2021AGM@sandersondesigngroup.com . A summary of the questions
received, along with the Board's response, will be made available
at the Company's investor website
