    Grant of options

    Vycon, Inc ("the Company") announces that on 9 May 2008 its Chairman David Potter was granted options to subscribe for 50,000 ordinary
shares of $0.0001 each at an exercise price of $1.22. The options were granted under the Company's 2006 Stock Option Plan and vest 25% on
the first anniversary of the grant and thereafter on a monthly basis such that they are fully vested after four years.
