announces that the Company, in conjunction with Motorola, is presenting and demonstrating game changing
solutions that improve the fan experience and safety at the 2010 National Sports Forum in Baltimore from
February 1 - 3, 2010.

Versatile's SyncSeer(TM) Venue Management opens the lines of communication to the perimeter of any large
sporting complex. By leveraging Voice over IP technology, SyncSeer(TM) Venue Management allows an operator to
expand the communication network out to staff that would not typically have access to traditional two way
handsets. The SyncSeer(TM) Venue Management asynchronous model allows alerts and the associated voice messages
to be routed, correlated, managed and audited. Integrating SyncSeer(TM) Venue Management with Motorola's CA50
device also provides Wi-Fi real time location services to improve response times and incident reporting
accuracy. This capability allows the venue's fan facing staff to be more engaged which provides a safer and
more enjoyable game day experience.
