16,000 common shares in the Company at CDN$0.125 per share on 5 November 2008 and a further 44,000 common shares in the Company at CDN$0.125
per share on 7 November 2008. His total interest (held both directly and indirectly) in the common shares of the Company (excluding treasury
shares) following these transactions is 3,973,500 shares, representing 3.35% of the issued share capital of the Company.
