                         CHANGES IN DIRECTORS' INTERESTS


Following the announcement of 26 April 2007 by Virotec International plc (AIM:
VTI) of the issue of a number of ordinary shares and options in the Company, the
directors have advised of the following changes to their interests in the
Company.

The interests of Mr Brian Sheeran and his associates increased from 7,063,120
ordinary shares by 3,884,420 shares following the issue pursuant to executive
incentive plans at a price of 14p per share. Mr Sheeran's total interest in the
Company is now 10,947,540 ordinary shares of 1p each.

The interests of Mr Bruno Bamonte and his associates increased from 5,623,914
ordinary shares by 1,921,579 shares following the issue pursuant to executive
incentive plans at a price of 14p per share. Mr Bamonte's total interest in the
Company is now 7,545,493 ordinary shares of 1p each.

The interests of Mr John Glynn and his associates increased from 56,300 ordinary
shares by the issue 500,000 options exercisable at 20p each on or before 30
April 2012. Mr Glynn's total interest in the Company is now 56,300 ordinary
shares of 1p each and 500,000 options exercisable at 20p each on or before 30
April 2012.

The interests of Dr David McConchie and his associates increased from 500,000
ordinary shares by the issue 2,000,000 options exercisable at 20p each on or
before 30 April 2012. Dr McConchie's total interest in the Company is now
500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each and 2,000,000 options exercisable at 20p each
on or before 30 April 2012.
