Vigilant Technology Limited ("Vigilant" or the "Company")



The Company announces that it intends to announce its preliminary results for
the year ended 31 December 2006 towards the second half of June 2007 and that
the report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2006 will be posted to
shareholders shortly thereafter.  A firm date for the release of the preliminary
announcement will be notified as soon as possible.



The value of goods invoiced and shipped to customers during 2006 was broadly in
line with market expectations less one sale delivered in 2006 but where there
has been a delay in final recognition of revenue.  However, reported revenues
for the year ended 31 December 2006 are expected to be significantly below
market expectations because of certain equipment that was shipped in 2005 and
included in that year's revenues, but for which no payment was received, was
collected back by the company between November 2006 and April 2007.  The
Company's decision to collect the equipment was partially influenced by the fire
in the adjoining warehouse, reported in our December 13th press release, which
forced us to find new equipment to fulfil open orders as soon as possible.  This
has led to accounting adjustments significantly reducing revenues for 2006 and
increasing other expenses.



However, the business is showing encouraging signs of improvement in 2007.  The
total revenues and backlog at the end of April were US$3.0 million which
includes prestigious projects in Luton, Sutton, Corby, Fakenham, Huntingdon,
Kings Lynn, and Lewisham Borough Councils and the Isle of Man Jurby Prison.



The Company's product development programme will position it as a leading
provider of intelligent IP surveillance and security solutions.  Furthermore, in
2006 the Company developed a worldwide team of sales personnel and product
support specialists to deliver these systems to its customers.  Vigilant
presented its substantially enhanced product range at the beginning of 2007.
