Director's Share Dealing

The Company was notified yesterday that John Hogan, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, transferred, on 15 December 2010, 42,155 ordinary shares in Velosi (the "Ordinary Shares") to Jane Hogan, his wife.

John Hogan's beneficial interest remains unchanged as follows: 55,555 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. In addition, he holds options over 100,556 Ordinary Shares.
