                            Director's Shareholding


The Company was informed on 10 May 2007 that Oved Tal, Chairman, purchased
650,000 common shares in the Company without nominal or par value ("Common
Shares") (representing approximately 0.921 per cent. of the Company's issued
common share capital) at 16 pence per share on 10 May 2007. Following this
acquisition, Mr Tal owns 20,941,916 Common Shares (representing approximately
29.7 per cent. of the Company's issued common share capital).
