                                Director dealing

Vebnet, the AIM-traded leading provider of employee benefit technology
solutions, was informed today that Derek Scott (Chairman) purchased 14,000
ordinary shares in the Company at 90p per share on 13 September 2007. He now
holds 100,688 ordinary shares in the capital of the company, representing
approximately 1.1% of the entire issued ordinary voting share capital of the
company.
