BOARD CHANGES

The Board of Utilico Investments Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Warren McLeland as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 17 September 2013, in place of Mrs Susan Hansen, who has stepped down from the Board with effect from the same date.

Mr McLeland is also appointed to the Board of Utilico Finance Limited with effect from 17 September 2013, in place of Mrs Hansen, who has stood down.

Mr McLeland was a non-executive Director of Utilico Investments until his resignation on 16 September 2011, when he was appointed by Mrs Hansen as her alternate.

Mr McLeland is chief executive officer of RESIMAC Limited, a securitisation company, based in Australia. He is Chairman of Bermuda National Limited and a non-executive director of Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited and of Trust Company of Australia. Due to his connection with Resimac and Bermuda National Limited he is deemed to be non-independent and in accordance with The Listing Rules will be subject to annual re-election by shareholders.

Mr McLeland has a holding of 23,879 ordinary shares in the Company as at the date of his appointment.

No further information is to be disclosed in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13 (2) - (6) of the UKLA Listing Rules for Mr McLeland.
