in respect of its UK ENHANCED INCOME CELL (the "Cell")

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Company has declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.9 pence per each UK Enhanced Income Preference Share payable out of the Cell in respect of the financial year ending 31 October 2011. This dividend will be payable on 4 November 2011 to holders on record 7 October 2011. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 5 October 2011.
