HAREWOOD STRUCTURED INVESTMENT PCC LIMITED (the "Company") 
in respect of its UK ENHANCED INCOME CELL (the "Cell") 
DIVIDEND DECLARATION 
 
The Company has declared a second interim dividend of 2.0 pence per each UK 
Enhanced Income Preference Share payable out of the Cell in respect of the 
financial year ending 31 October 2010.  This dividend will be payable on Friday 
7 May 2010 to holders on record Friday 16 April 2010.  The corresponding 
ex-dividend date will be Wednesday 14 April 2010.
