Update re Resignation of Nominated Adviser

The Board of the Company announces that, following suspension of the Company on AIM pursuant to AIM Rule 1, it remains in discussions with potential replacement advisers and that the Board is also considering a financial reconstruction of the Company.

Following recent events the Board has decided to defer the issue to all shareholders of a free warrant pro-rata to their existing shareholdings on a 1:2 basis, at 0.1 pence.
