Twenty plc (AIM: TWE.), the quoted integrated marketing solutions provider, 
today announces that on 18 Feburary 2009, Ian Lancaster transferred 6,078,100 
ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into The Lancaster LP, a 
limited family partnership which is wholly owned by him and persons connected to 
him. 
 
 
In addition, on 25 February, The Lancaster LP purchased 4,000,000 Ordinary 
Shares at a price of 1.25p per share. 
 
 
As a result of these transactions, Ian Lancaster's benefical interest has 
increased from 6,705,071 Ordinary Shares (12.2%) to 10,705,071 Ordinary Shares 
(19.5%).
