Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

ThinkSmart Limited (AIM: TSL), a leading digital payment solutions provider, announces that copies of the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts, together with the Notice of AGM were sent to shareholders today and are available for viewing on the Company's website at www.thinksmartworld.com.

The notice for ThinkSmart's 2022 Annual General Meeting is included in the Scheme Booklet which has also been published today. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held virtually via the Computershare Virtual Meeting Platform on 16 November 2022, commencing at 4.00pm (Perth time).
