TOUCHSTONE GROUP PLC (the "Company")


Issue of Equity


Touchstone Group Plc announces that at a board meeting held on 14 December 2007
it allotted 150,598 ordinary shares of  10p each in the Company in order to
satisfy the first stage of the deferred consideration as agreed under the terms
of  its acquisition with ETC Global Solutions Limited in March 2007. Application
will be made at the earliest practicable  opportunity for admission of the new
ordinary shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.


The enlarged issued share capital of the Company now consists of 12,485,787
ordinary shares of 10p each.
