Tescom Software Systems Testing Ltd. (the "Company" or "Tescom")

Issue of equity and total voting rights


The Company has 14,097 ordinary shares of 0.01 New Israeli Shekels each 
("Ordinary Shares") relating to options over Ordinary Shares in the Company that
have been exercised which have been issued and allotted but have not yet been
admitted to trading on AIM.

Application has therefore been made for admission to trading on AIM of 14,097
additional Ordinary Shares. Trading in relation to these Ordinary Shares is
expected to commence on or around 21 August 2007. The new Ordinary Shares will
rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

The Company has also historically announced the repurchase of 7,887 Ordinary
Shares into Treasury in error.

Taking the above into account and as at the date of this announcement, the
Company's issued share capital consists of 16,183,324 Ordinary Shares with
voting rights, including 429,651 Ordinary Shares that are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 15,753,673.
