LIQUIDATION PROPOSALS UpDATE

Further to the circular published on 26 July 2013 the Company's investment in Investcorp Prosiris Opportunities Fund has been fully realised and the Company is awaiting proceeds from this realisation. As at 30 June 2013, the value of the investment in the Company's portfolio was approximately US$4.7m.

A further announcement regarding the Third Distribution will be made in the coming weeks once the proceeds from Investcorp Prosiris Opportunities Fund have been received.
