LIQUIDATION PROPOSALS

The Directors wish to announce that Thames River Multi Hedge PCC Limited (the "Company") has posted a circular (the "Circular")to its shareholders giving notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") to consider terminating the Company's one cell, Thames River Hedge+, and winding its affairs up, placing the Company into voluntary liquidation and delisting the Company's shares (the "Proposals"). The EGM is to be held at 10:00 am on 21 August 2013 at the Company's registered office, Dorey Court, Admiral Park, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 6HJ.

Under the Proposals, the Company will be put into voluntary liquidation and appoint a liquidator for such purpose and will be making applications to the UK Listing Authority and CISX for the suspension and cancellation of the listing of its Shares on the Official List and the CISX Official List and for the cancellation of the admission of its Shares to trading on the Main Market and the CISX respectively.

It is expected that cancellation of the listing of the Shares on the Official List and the CISX Official List will, if approved by Shareholders, take effect at 8.00 a.m. on 20 September 2013, and that trading in the Shares on the Main Market and the CISX will be suspended from opening of business on 21 August 2013.

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
