Announcement of Dividend

TP5 VCT plc

The Board of TP5 VCT has resolved to pay a dividend of GBP799,219 equal to 4.26p per share to Ordinary Class Shareholders and GBP101,372 equal to 2.94p per share to B Class Shareholders. The dividends will be paid on 3 July 2015 to those Ordinary Class and B Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19 June 2015.
