("Top Creation" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity

Top Creation is pleased to announce that it has conditionally raised GBP220,000 before expenses by way of a subscription of 88,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.25 pence per Ordinary Share with institutional investors (the "Subscription"). These funds will be used for additional working capital.

Application will be made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on 10 April 2014 ("Admission").

Following Admission, the Company will have in issue 637,964,286 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore the number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company will be 637,964,286. This figure may be used by Shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
