WEDNESDAY, 26 May 2010 -- The Company notes the recent movement in its share 
price and the announcement by the Russian competition regulator, FAS in regard 
to a potential acquisition of Teleset Networks by VolgaTelecom (MCX: NNSI).  The 
Company confirms that it is in discussions with VolgaTelecom which may or may 
not lead to an offer for the Company. 
 
The Company is not subject to the UK Takeover Code.
