The Company was advised on 12 March 2009 that on 12 March 2009 F&S Telecom 
Limited, one of the Company's shareholders, transferred 2,202,673 ordinary 
shares of Teleset Networks at a price of 24 pence per share to Celltech Limited. 
 
 
Subsequent to the transfer, F&S Telecom Limited holds 21,782,826 ordinary shares 
representing 
13.83% of the voting capital of the Company, and Celltech Limited 
holds 21,727,561 ordinary shares representing 13.79% of the voting capital of 
the Company. 
 
 
The total number of ordinary shares in issue following this transaction remains 
at 157,556,715.
