Result of Annual General Meeting and Trading Update

The Directors of Tinci Holdings Limited are pleased to announce that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting held yesterday, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.

Trading update

As expected, trading in the first half of 2011 was at a lower level than in 2010 but strong control of costs is expected to result in a small profit being reported when the interim results are released in late September. Early indications are that trading in the second half of 2011 is expected to show a similar pattern to the first half, although it is too early to predict the financial results for the full year. However, operating cash flow is expected to be marginally positive for the full year.

The Company continues to evaluate an investment in a company producing the key components for ozone layer-friendly refrigerants. More details will be announced if the investigations result in a proposal to invest.
