On 25 August 2009 Alexander Kapalin was removed as director of Timan. The board 
of directors of Timan announces that it has now terminated Alexander Kapalin's 
employment with Timan with immediate effect. This includes the termination of 
his authority as Chief Executive Officer of Timan as well as all authorities as 
director and/or officer of subsidiaries held within the group.
