    Directors' Share Dealing


    The Company was informed yesterday that following approval to trade being given on 18 December 2008, Alexander Kapalin, CEO of Timan,
completed the gift to a third party of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.59 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital, on 5 January 2009.

    Mr Kapalin is now interested in 44,281,668 Ordinary shares, representing 26.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
