Exchange rate for the interim dividend for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 March 2023

ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust plc (the "Company"), the renewable energy investment trust providing direct access to sustainable energy infrastructure in fast growing economies in Asia, announces that the USD:GBP exchange rate for the previously announced interim dividend for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 March 2023 of 0.44 cents per ordinary share has been set at 0.7868. The sterling equivalent dividend payable is 0.3462 pence per ordinary share. The sterling denominated dividend will be paid on 19 July 2023 to the electing shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16 June 2023.
