    TELLINGS GOLDEN MILLER GROUP PLC                        

                                  ACQUISITION                                  

The board of Tellings Golden Miller Group plc (the "Company") announces that it
has today entered into an agreement to purchase 75% of the issued share capital
of OFJ Ground Services Limited ("Ground Services") from its owner, OFJ Group
Holdings Limited ("OFJ"), to whom the Company sold its Aircrews Business which
was announced on 4 January 2007.

Ground Services has a high quality engineering facility at Heathrow Airport and
is involved in the provision of engineering maintenance and repair services to
airline ground equipment and the fleet of OFJ Connections (a subsidiary of OFJ)
of 100 buses and coaches. In addition, since OFJ's acquisition of the TGM
Aircrews business, Ground Services will maintain a further 27 vehicles
transferred from TGM at that time.

Following completion of the transaction, Ground Services will assume full
responsibility for the engineering and maintenance of all the Company's London
and Portsmouth based vehicles which consist of over 60 vehicles.

The Company has acquired Ground Services because it fits well with its strategy
of diversifying into related activities and where its expertise can be applied
with the prospect of enhancing margins. The Ground Services facility is also
well equipped to be the new Headquarters for the Company and as an operating
centre for its London Coaching division.

In the year ended 31 March 2006, its unaudited accounts showed that Ground
Services had turnover of �457,105 and profit before tax of �23,668. Net assets
as at 31 March 2006 were �767,742.

The Ground Services business has been expanded considerably since then. It was
acquired by OFJ on 10 May 2006 following which a dividend of �725,000 was paid.
Ground Services unaudited management accounts at 31 December 2006 show Net
Assets of �0.1m and annual Turnover in excess of �2.0million.

Stephen Telling, Chairman of the Company, commented:

"This acquisition will resolve a number of issues for the Group. It will allow
us to fulfil our strategy of diversifying into activities related to our core
business in particular contracted engineering and vehicle maintenance for the
Bus, Coach and Airline industries.

It will also provide a new Group Headquarters together with state of the art
engineering workshops and a centralised operating centre for our London
operations."
