The director of the Company confirms that on 27 July 2007, the administrators of
the Company (being M Horrocks and RS Cash) agreed to dispose of the Company's
marketing database, containing contact details of customers interested in loans
and mortgages (the "Database"), to TML Financial Solutions Limited.

The consideration for the transaction is #150,000 all of which was paid in cash
on 27 July 2007.

The funds generated from this sale, together with proceeds from the realisation
of other assets in the Company, is likely to be insufficient to pay the claims
of creditors.

The Database has been, and will continue to be, managed in accordance with the
provisions of the Data Protection Act 2000 and those provisions set out by the
Financial Services Authority.
