Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that we may have 
caused our creditors and all persons concerned in regard to our petition for the 
commencement of corporate reorganization proceedings. 
On October 31, 2010, at 10:00 AM, the Tokyo District Court ordered the 
commencement of the corporate reorganization proceedings of Takefuji Corporation 
("Takefuji"), and accordingly, I was appointed as the Trustee for Takefuji. 
Without your sincere support and understanding, this commencement order could 
not have been issued so quickly after the filing of the petition for corporate 
reorganization proceedings on September 28, 2010 (Heisei 22 (Mi) No. 12).  Thank 
you very much. 
From now on, we plan to restructure the business of Takefuji in order to rebuild 
trust and confidence in the company and restructure the management system under 
the supervision and control of the Court.  This order of commencement of the 
corporate reorganization proceedings is our first step for the reorganization. 
Our company will work together as a whole and make our best efforts to implement 
and achieve the reorganization of the business.  Your continued support and 
contribution will be greatly appreciated.
