   Creation of New Company Anticipates Changes in Software Licensing Strategy


The Company through its UK subsidiary Endeavors Technologies Ltd ("Endeavors")
has signed an agreement with Partner Advantage Ltd creating a new venture;
Exstream Soft Ltd ("Exstream Soft"); a UK based company to deliver Microsoft
applications using a "Software as a Service" (SaaS) business model.

Exstream Soft has been formed in anticipation of forthcoming changes in software
licensing models. Application streaming redefines how software distribution and
licensing mechanisms can work. These create new commercial opportunities,
particularly in various forms of rental based models. Microsoft and Endeavors
recently cross licensed patents in this area.

Endeavors' has supplied its Application Jukebox SaaS Edition product set and
engineering expertise to the company. Exstream Soft will create 'white box'
solutions (products will carry the branding of the distribution partner) for
retailers, ecommerce sites and business to consumer ("B2C") companies, allowing
them to offer to their customers Microsoft branded products on a rental basis.
Proof of concepts have been prototyped with a number of pan European retailers
and subject to the anticipated changes in licensing, full scale commercial
trials are expected to start early in 2008.
