                     Tadpole Technology plc ("the Company")

 Endeavors Technologies' ("Endeavors") new European channel partner signs first
                                sales agreement

  UK Advertising Standards Agency uses application express to reduce costs of
                                   ownership.

The Company announces that Virtual Network Partners (VNP) (The first pan
European Distribution partner of its application streaming subsidiary
"Endeavors") has delivered an Application Express solution for the UK's
Advertising Standards Agency (ASA)

The ASA working with their system integration partner CBS chose Endeavors
streaming technologies to create a more efficient way of utilizing their
existing software across a broader range of users.

Peter Bondar CEO of Endeavors Technologies Inc commented "We are delighted that
our strategy of developing locally based, technically competent and specialized
partners is starting to bear fruit so rapidly, Virtual Network Partners has
representation in 10 countries in Europe and this is an excellent first step"
