                              Licensing agreement

Endeavors Technologies, Inc. ("Endeavors") together with its sister company
Stream Theory, Inc.("Stream Theory"), the application streaming software
subsidiary of Tadpole Technology, plc, has signed a technology licensing
agreement with Exent Technologies, a privately held Israeli company operating in
the games on demand marketplace.

Under the agreement Exent has been granted access to Endeavors' and Stream
Theory's streaming patents. Reciprocal rights have been granted by Exent to its
application streaming patents.

Exent joins Microsoft, Citrix, and Appstream as licensees of Endeavors and
Stream Theory patents. As a condition of this agreement the commercial terms
have not been disclosed.
