Change of Directorate, Company Secretary and Registered Office

The Company wishes to announce the following changes to the Board, the Company 
Secretary and the Registered Office address. 
 
Mr Jayesh Patel, who has been a Director of Spark VCT 2 PLC since 13 August 
2008, resigned on 1 January 2011.  The Directors wish to thank Jayesh for his 
contribution as a member of the Board. 
 
Ms Nghi Tran who has been the Company Secretary since 9 March 2007 resigned on 
1 January 2011 and Albion Ventures LLP was appointed as Corporate Secretary with 
effect from 1 January 2011. 
 
The Board wish to thank Ms Tran for her involvement with your Company. 
 
The Company's Registered Office address has been changed to 1 King's Arms Yard, 
London, EC2R 7AF.
