Strathdon, (AIM: STV) was informed on 29 June 2010 that Mr. Panos Loizou 
acquired 1,750,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at 
GBP1.15 per share.  Following these purchases on 25 June 2010, Mr. Loizou now 
has a beneficial interest in 1,750,000 Shares representing approximately 3.38 
per cent of the total voting rights in the Company.
