                       Disposal of Australian Subsidiary 
 
The board of Strontium PLC ("Strontium" or the "Company"), the AIM listed 
consultancy specialising in the identification and development of high growth 
potential SMEs, announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, The Learning Eye 
Limited (`LEL') has disposed of its entire shareholding in The Learning Eye 
International PTY Limited (`Australian Subsidiary') to Ian Seggar (the 
`Transaction') for a cash consideration of GBP67,800, payable on completion. 
 
Mr Seggar is a director of the Australian Subsidiary and a substantial 
shareholder in the Company and therefore is considered to be a related party 
pursuant to the AIM Rules. The Transaction is also deemed to be a related party 
transaction pursuant to AIM Rule 13. 
 
The directors of the Company, all of whom are independent of the Transaction, 
consider, having consulted with Cairn Financial Advisers LLP, the Company's 
Nominated Adviser, that the terms of the Transaction are fair and reasonable 
insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned. 
 
LEL provides research, learning and communication solutions to corporates. LEL 
formed the Australian Subsidiary in 2009, holding 90 per cent of its issued 
share capital, the remaining 10 per cent of the Australian Subsidiary was held 
by Mr Seggar. Following the Transaction Mr Seggar will own 100 per cent. of the 
Australian Subsidiary. 
 
As part of the Transaction a loan made to the Australian Subsidiary from LEL 
amounting to approximately GBP124,000 will be settled in full on completion. 
 
In the current financial period the Australian Subsidiary recorded a loss of 
approximately AS$83,000, the disposal will have no material impact on the 
ongoing activities of the Company.
