                              DIRECTOR'S DEALING 
 
The board of Strontium PLC ("Strontium" or the "Company"), the AIM listed 
consultancy specialising in the identification and development of high growth 
potential SMEs, announces that it was informed on 7 April 2010 that David 
Barker, a director of the Company on the same date purchased 25,000 ordinary 
shares in the Company at a price of 8.4 pence per share. The shares were 
acquired through Mr Barker's pension fund. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Barker has a beneficial interest in 2,470,708 
ordinary shares representing approximately 18.2 per cent. of the issued share 
capital and total voting rights of the Company. 
 
In addition to the above, Mr Barker has 1,000,000 options over ordinary shares 
in the Company. 
 
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 13,541,336 ordinary shares of 
2 pence each.
