                                Issue of Equity 
 
The Company today announces that on 14 January 2010, Graeme Boull, a former 
Southern Bear director, was issued 800,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p ('Ordinary 
Shares') in the Company, at a price of 1.75p per share. 
 
As a result of this transaction Mr. Boull's holding is now 800,000 Ordinary 
Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital. 
 
Application for the admission of these Ordinary Shares for trading on AIM has 
been submitted and dealings are expected to commence on 28 April 2010. 
 
After the issue of these new ordinary shares, the Company's total issued 
capital, with voting rights will be 838,989,625 Ordinary Shares.
