Director and Significant Shareholder Dealings 
 
 
In accordance with AIM Rule 17 (Disclosure of Miscellaneous Information) and 
Schedule 5, the following information falls to be disclosed: the Company has 
been notified that on 28 September 2009 Jon Pither, a director of the Company, 
had acquired 750,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued 
share capital, at a price per share of 2.125 pence. 
 
 
As a result of this transaction Mr Pither's holding is now 18,159,334 ordinary 
shares, representing 2.47% of the Company's issued share capital. 
 
 
The Company has also been notified that on 28 September 2009 Nigel Wray acquired 
10,050,000 ordinary shares at a price per share of 2.125 pence. Following this 
acquisition Mr Wray now beneficially holds 120,752,880 ordinary 
shares, representing 16.44% of the Company's issued share capital. 
 
 
Mr Wray also holds GBP300,000 of Convertible Loan Notes. On the basis that all 
the parties convert the Convertible Loan Notes at the same time, Mr Wray will 
hold 18.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
