    Director's Share Purchase

    SPG Media, the web and print publisher and event organiser, announces that it has been informed that on 17 July 2008 Mr Keith Sadler,
Chief Executive, purchased 600,000 5p ordinary shares in the Company at 6.1p per share. Mr Sadler now holds 2,474,856 (2.88%) 5p ordinary
shares in the Company. 

    In addition Mr Adrian Howe, a non-executive director has purchased 200,000 5p ordinary shares in the Company at 6.1p per share. Mr
Howe's total holding is 200,000 (0.23%) 5p ordinary shares in the Company.
