                               Director's Dealing


The Company has been informed that a trust in which Christopher Labrow, a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, has an interest, today purchased 50,000
ordinary shares of 0.001 pence in the Company at 22.5 pence. Mr Labrow now has a
beneficial interest in 211,104 shares (representing 0.93% of the Company's
issued share capital).
