Cancellation of listing and admission to trading of Sky shares

Further to the announcement made by Sky on 9 October 2018, Sky announces that, following the application by Sky, the UK Listing Authority has cancelled the listing of Sky's ordinary shares of 50 pence each (ISIN: GB0001411924) (the "Sky Shares") on the premium segment of the Official List and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the admission to trading of the Sky Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) today.
