Skillcast Group plc, the provider of SaaS compliance platforms and off-the-shelf e-learning, will announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "FY23 Results"), on Thursday, 25 April 2024.

Skillcast is also pleased to announce that Vivek Dodd (CEO) and Richard Steele (CFO) will provide a live presentation on the FY23 Results via Investor Meet Company on 29 April 2024 at 12:00 p.m. BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard until 9:00 am BST the day before the meeting or during the live presentation.
