Shed Media plc ("Shed" or the "Company") has made an application to the London 
Stock Exchange for 1,503,020 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the 
Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM.  1,503,019 Ordinary 
Shares will be issued to the trustees of the Shed Productions Employee Benefit 
Trust to enable it to satisfy awards granted under the performance share plan 
operated by Shed for the benefit of its executive directors and employees and 1 
Ordinary Share will be issued to WB Bidco Plc as detailed in the circular sent 
to the shareholders of Shed on 31 August 2010.  The new Ordinary Shares will 
rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.  It 
is expected that admission of the new Ordinary Shares will take place on 7 
October 2010.
